I offer a spectrum of services and materials to individuals, groups and organisations according to their needs and requirements. These range from online publications, essays and videos to workshops and retreats to bespoke training for companies and charities. For people, particularly including senior managers and business owners who want to improve their communication rapidly and efficiently, I’m also available for one-to-one personal training and mentoring.

Because I see communication as a vitally important skill in our complicated world, I am making part of the basic material available to everyone, free of charge. This includes some webinars, videos, short ebooks and the list of resources that you will find useful in your own learning. Although I have been involved in training for many years, this website and its associated activities are new, and specifically designed resources will be added gradually.
